The place itself and the view were great. Walls and ceilings were thick enough that we couldn’t hear anyone in neighboring units at all. Parking was easy. Size and layout of the condo were great. The amount of dishes, utensils, and appliances in the kitchen was great. Only complaints would be that the entire place smelled like wet dog. We left the windows open the whole day after check in but it didn’t less it much. The smaller bedroom’s bed was hard on our backs. We are over 40 and grave my parents in their 70s the nicer primary bedroom with the nicer bed. They slept fine, we had a rough time though. Also the place has seen better days and needs a repaint and possible update on flooring. Tons of dings, scarps, gouges, amateur looking patch jobs. There was a rug in the living room that was shag and seemed pretty grungy and the couch looked dirty and had dog hair on it. For someone with a dog I’d assume this place would be amazing. In the future if we rent units here we’ll make sure to choose a place that isn’t listed as “dogs ok” which I didn’t notice at check in. Overall for the price of a 2br, 2ba condo in Lincoln city in mid July I think it was worth it. Hence the 4 stars. This place is ideal for a family with a dog and younger kids, or maybe younger folks in their 20s that are mostly there to party and aren’t bothered by the things I listed below.

We booked for a week for five people. The place was dirty. There was a burn mark on the sofa. The floor board in the kitchen kept popping up and three of us stubbed our foot on it and my husband tripped once. There was also two holes in the floor in the living room. We had to bye toilet paper and trash bags. The only thing that was good was the location and the view.

There was multiple things that were broken / messed up when we arrived. Including the main bathroom shower head, curtains, and the couch. It was also hard to get into this unit, we had to put in the code like 10 times before it would work. The unit also smelled kind of funky. It was also hard to get a response from host. All these things aren't awful considering the price.

When we arrived my daughter pulled out the futon and there was garbage and sand all in it, there was a Gatorade bottle and half eaten pizza crust behind the couch. Looked like blood stain on the wall by the front door. I called and reported it when we got there but it was too late everyone went home for the day. We got a call the next day around 1pm that someone could come and clean but we weren’t there so we asked they come when we got back around 3:30 they said the house keeping had gone home for the day and they would be back Sunday in which we were giving out so it stayed dirty minus what we cleaned up.

Decent Accommodations for a good price

You get what you pay for. Some housekeeping issues upon arrival. Tried to communicate them to management but was told they were stains (definitely something splattered on wall, not stains). It rained pretty consistently during our stay which resulted in constant water intrusion at front door, puddling in entry. Faucets are backwards (hot is cold, cold is hot). Contacted management three days before arrival regarding pets. Did not receive reply until the day after we arrived. Therefore, we didn’t bring our pet.

Pleasant rest

We enjoyed our stay. The walls of the shower were not clean and the wood floor in the kitchen is loose. Internet did not work but we got a reimbursement for that.

This propert felt very dirty. There was cream on the table. The furniture all appeased as if it was taken from dumpster. The view was nice but Mo way worth the price.

Run down condo

The furniture was worn out (tables, chairs, couch) and there was a slight wet dog smell to the couch. The carpet is rough, stained and frayed at the doorways, the "polished" wood floors referenced in the listing are gaping, and move/creak when you walk around in the kichen and have dirt and debris in the cracks. There were hairs on our sheets and on the bathroom floors when we arrived. Coffee pot was cracked when we used it and leaked all over the stovetop. The listing photos made this place look much better than it was in reality. Listing also stated a leather sleeper sofa and cable TV. The condo had an older cloth couch and the cable did not work.

Needs attention

Just so the next family knows: it was nice having 2 bathroom sinks and toilets, but only 1 shower had hot water; the king size bed “tacos” in the middle; and there’s a big ant problem (just put traps out). The ocean view was nice.

The room we stayed in was disgusting. It smells horrible! The bigger bedroom smelt so bad of dog pee that we could barely sleep. I didn't let any of our things touch the floor because it was so gross. The dishes we dirty there was ice in the ice cube trays with black spots all over them. The futon style couch was covered in dog hair. The toliet paper holder broke completely off after one attempted use. To top it all off we couldn't even check until almost 2hrs past our check in time. This place was a joke, ill never go back.

Ok for the money, finger got smashed due to broken window, ants and soft spots in floor.funiture in living area was poor and not enough seating. Garbage cans outside full and smelled to close to our door.

Never renting again

Too many partyers, windows not opening, screens broken, bathroom shower had mold growing. Screen door broken, not enough cooking utensils and box fan was completely disgusting. On had the hike to the beach was not easy

Dilapidated

The rating did not match the property. The property is in need of significant updates and a deep clean. We found old hair and toothpaste on the walls. The couch in the living room was torn, floors were falling apart, and there wasn’t an outlet in the primary bedroom. This is a high traffic unit, pretty much everyone must walk by your window to get to their condo and the lights at night are so bright it felt like daytime. Between those two things, you couldn’t have the shades open to enjoy the “peak a boo” ocean view.

Quick weekend getaway

Check in was at 4 and the house was ready on time. The living area was kind of small with 2 tables, lots of chairs, however the futon was very uncomfortable, definitely needs a new couch or futon. Having 2 bathrooms were great! Kitchen was small with no dishwasher, but it was fine for our short weekend away. Bedrooms were decent size. House did have a beach (ocean like) smell to it.

Very disappointed

I don’t even know where to start, no top sheets for the beds, no blankets or sheets for the futon so the 2 people that were suppose to sleep there had to squish with the people in the king and full size bed. There was toothpaste and hair on my pillowcase. No extra toilet paper, no extra paper towels, no coffee filters. The king bed was broken in the middle. The manager came the next day to apologize and she was super nice but I still paid for a night that was absolutely terrible, I don’t think anybody even slept.

Just a few minor improvements

Mostly positive experience. Ample space, comfortable beds and CLEAN. A few cons - no toaster. The living room sofa is not comfortable and really only seats 2 people. This wouldn't have been an issue except - it rained and we were stuck inside a bit. There is a soft spot in the floor near the fridge that definitely needs fixed. There needs to be some sort of shelving/toiletry holder in the showers. If this were my place, I would do a fresh coat of paint and get rid of all carpet. Get rid of small table/chairs and put in sofa + loveseat or chair 1/2. I would also have hooks and bench by front door as well as hooks in bedrooms/bathrooms... there is no place to hang anything up. Tie backs for the curtains would be nice as well... Having said all of that - for the cost and location even without improving anything - we would stay here again.
