Grubby and in need of updating

Although the bed linen, towels and room was clean the hotel is very grubby. Carpets need replacing and bath, shower and bathroom generally was in poor condition. Rust marks on hand basin. Shower was difficult to turn on because part was broken. Shower head dirty and disgusting. Staff very nice and helpful

It was a nice place to stay, the staff was super nice and helpful. It is a little bit far from the center of the city, but it is a wise choice if you don't mind the transportation. Would recommend staying here!

Quick checkin and checkout, room was clean and comfortable. Lots of parking under the hotel which made getting luggage to and from room/ car very easy. Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant was great also. Great value for money would stay again.

Modern, convenient hotel with very handy parking.

The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient and gave us some good tips on touring and restaurants. Our room was fine, clean, airy and conveniently located. The restaurant was a bit 'wacky' in its colour scheme but the food was fine.

Area around hotel not very nice but hotel is very nice with very helpful staff loved the breakfast which I payed 15 Euros for Lots of different choices of food and drink the bar area also nice also loved the underground ground car park that has security shutters that lock at night

Was a little concerned as we drove up. The exterior was a little sketchy, however, once we entered the hotel it was very clean and nice. The staff was top notch at every level. As an American I would have loved a/c or at least a fan.

Excellent

Rooms are clean, spacious and beds incredibly comfy. All the staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Both breakfast & dinner were delicious, though the menu did feel a little limited, especially for vegetarian options. Pool/Sauna facilities were clean & well maintained, only negative being that there seems to be no time limit in place. Groups sitting in the hot tub for over an hour meaning no one else could use it. Feel this could be managed better. Overall though a great hotel, walking distance from city centre. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
