「Friendly staff」

「Among reception staff, I wish to give big kudos to Kenya, who was overly kind and helpful. The other staff members, including the bar tender, were also excellent. The room had been recently redone and was clean. The lobby and bar area are OK, but the hallways and transit areas look pretty old and run down, especially the carpet. Parking was very convenient. Breakfast was pedestrian, basically what you'd get at most two or three star hotels in the USA. We intended to have dinner at the hotel, but...

「We had to ask for our room to be cleaned after it wasn’t cleaned the second or third day. The breakfast isn’t terrible—lots of options, but those scrambled eggs need help. Both bartenders are the BEST. We literally stay at this hotel because of them.」

「Beautiful historic hotel」

「Expedia messed up my booking. The person at the front tried to help but had very limited say in the matter. As I was trying to call Expedia, the staff kept making loud noises and one was on their phone making a very loud personal call. the lobby was wet as they had just mopped when I got there - in the middle of the day with people coming and going. 」

「Everything went smoothly, check in was quick, staff were friendly and wanted to go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Room was spotlessly clean and huge. Would definitely stay here again.」

「This hotel is GORGEOUS! We stayed on the 3rd floor and lived our room. Very spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated, very clean and decorated beautifully. The history of that building made it even more awesome. The bed, towels and linens were very nice and the room came with a blow dryer and steamer to iron clothes. In the morning, they drop of pastries, fruit, juice and coffee’s which were complimentary. Their onsite bar is cozy and the bartenders were great. While we didn’t eat there, the food...
