Sage Street Retreat, a quiet and relaxing getaway

Kick back and relax when you stay at this quiet home on a tree lined street. The family will love the local swimming pool just down the street. Historic Lidtke Mill on the Upper Iowa River is just a mile away. Echo Valley Horse Arena is nearby and has fun shows to see. Niagara Cave is located 20 miles away in Harmony, MN and is a great underground adventure. Forestville/Mystery Cave is a state park nearby which offers hiking and horse trails. This home is just off the snowmobile trail also.

This is a 3 bedroom home. Two bedrooms have queen beds and one is a full size along with a twin futon. There is a full bath on the main level and another full bathroom in the basement. There is a quiet shaded yard and fenced in patio area. A grill is provided along with charcoal and lighter fluid. There is also a full size kitchen, dining area, and living room with TV. WiFi is provided.

Guests have access to the entire home and yard.

Great hosts! Accommodating and helpful. House was clean and easy to find. Supplies in the home were organized and clearly labeled. Pretty much anything you could need was available.

Clean and comfortable. The finishes aren’t fancy but everything worked and nice to have off street parking and private yard. The steps to bedrooms 2 & 3 are pretty steep so might not work for everyone. Lots of TV’s so everyone can watch what they prefer. Kind and communicative hosts. I enjoyed the 1968 book celebrating the 100 year anniversary of Lime Springs for a little local history.
