The hotel is great. Orbitz not so much! They gave me a reservation for a hotel with no vacancies that day. Luckily I called ahead for a special request and was informed that they were fully booked and that Orbitz should not have given me a reservation. Bravo to the hotel and completely unprofessional on the part of Orbitz. Orbitz users beware...this happened. Still waiting for my refund!

Convenient and close to all shops and restaurants. Room was nice and spacious , however out of date. Need to plug in few USBs. It is pretty cheap to spread some around the room. Even the front desk did have a usb charger, I had to go borrow one from the Marriott next door. It Needs some maintenance but overall the stay was excellent.

Thunderbird Fiesta ist Top!

Die Zimmern auf 2 Stockwerken verteilt sind einfach Cool! Aussicht über Lima. Oben schlafen, oder unter schlafen, praktisch! Küchen dazu mit grossen Kuhlschrank! Die betten schlafen Super...! Matrasse sind Top-qualität! Umgebung ist Super! Supermarkt und gute Restaurants direkt daneben.

Very large suite on 2 floors with good size living room but old and not so clean furniture. 2 bathrooms & kitchen. Would have preferred a King size bed versus Queen size. We only had 1 night in Lima so it was ok and good location

ホテルの立地はとても良く、良いレストラン、スーパーなどが揃ってます。部屋はメゾネットタイプでとても広くそこそこ快適ではありますが古さが目立ちます。スタッフはフレンドリーで良かったです。ホテルにカジノがあり、近辺にもカジノがあるため、週末の夜は少々うるさかったですが範囲内です。価格も悪くなく次回もこのホテルに宿泊しても良いと考えます。

I booked a suite and upon arrival they gave me a Junior suite - that is not what I booked. The stuff was not accommodating in any way. The property looked old and not updated. The staff was not friendly. Restaurant hours only until 10 pm and Room service hours is only till 11pm. I ordered a club sandwich and came with 1 little package of mayo 1 ketchup and 1 mustard. For the price I could have stayed at another much better place.
