You'll first arrive to a beautiful and bright modernly decorated lobby with vaulted ceilings and be greeted by a professional and smiling concierge, who will let you up to the flat located in the 19th floor. There, you can enjoy a Spanish shower and then sleep in a luxurious queen bed. In the building, you can stay in modern co-working space located in the top of the building. The place is pretty close to the Malecón as well as the best bars and restaurants.Enjoy it! The space

    YOGA GYM

    - Reserve one hour in the Yoga Gym by contacting the host at least one day in advance.

    PARKING, BIKES & SURFBOARD

    - If you require a parking slot, please inform the host in advance ($5 per night).
    Bikes are available for rental in 2-hour slots: $10 for one bike, $15 for two.
    - We offer a Minimalibu Surfboard (7`9) rental for $15 (up to 5 hours) or $20 for the full day.

    HOUSEKEEPING

    - A complimentary cleaning is provided prior to your arrival. Additional cleanings can be scheduled for $15 each.
    - Receive a change of towels every 3 days at no extra cost.

The condo was nice. I couldn't find extra trash bags or toilet paper since i was there for a month. The shower needed detail cleaning, but it was a good landing for me. The staff in the building was incredible, i felt welcomed and they were so nice.

Shower need cleaning in between tiles Shower necesita limpieza entre medio de las mayólicas Curtains are not black out at 6 am the lighting don’t let you sleep Las cortinas muy transparentes a las 6 am ya entra toda la luz y el sol .
