O valor cobrado no hotel foi muito superior ao valor da reserva. Ao fazer a reserva pelo hoteis.com (grupo Expedia), foi mostrado o valor total de 352 dólares, já com taxas incluas. Pelo câmbio oficial isso é equivalente a 1183 Soles. No entanto, ao chegar ao hotel, foi cobrado 1860 Soles, o equivalente a 553 dólares. Como meu check in ocorreu tarde da noite e os hoteis na cidade estavam cheios, não pude contestar, mas me senti muito lesado pela atitude do hotel Gran Mundo. Sobre a reserva, a empresa Hoteis.com deveria garantir que os preços mostrados em seu site refletem a realidade, sem deixar surpresas desagradáveis ao hóspede.

We put a ‘do not disturb’ sign on our door the entire stay. They still came in daily to replace the sheets and towels. We would have preferred the privacy and we felt wasteful having them replace linens daily. On Sunday we went down for breakfast at 7:45 and it didn’t start until 8. No big deal. We went back down at 8:11. It still wasn’t fully set up. And the coffee was horrible every morning. We’d had amazing coffee during our entire trip, but the coffee there was so bad we bought coffee elsewhere and brought that to the free breakfast on our last day there. There was also construction on a room next to us and above us on two separate occasions, and no one warned us. Overall, we were disappointed with this establishment.

It was in the right part of town for my needs. Very clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was simple but adequate. The hotel doesn’t have any extra amenities. The price was great.

Funky uplifting hotel in the heart of Miraflores

This was our first night in Lima before we headed to Cusco and the syaff made us feel very welcome on arrival. The hotel has a nice modern decor which continues throughout and is quite uplifting. The rooms was clean and bed very comfortable. The only downside is that they don't do a kingsize option as i'm 6'2. The rooftop terrace is a lovely area to relax but could with bar so you can have drink or snack up there. Location wise, the hotel is a 10 minute stroll to the waterfront and the Larcomar Complex which has lots of restaurants and shops. 10 minutes the other way takes you to Kennedy Park. All in all i'd recommend this hotel as its good value for money.

was located close to some nice attractions. but room did not have AC. currently they are installing them but staff helped out with a standing fan. not impressed with the restaurant. it was a Chinese restaurant next door. breakfast was good though.

Gran Mundo Hotel - ohne Klimaanlage

Die Zimmer werden mit einer Klimaanlage beworben, welche allerdings in keinem Zimmer vorhanden ist, stattdessen prankt da ein riesiges Loch der Wand, mit aus der Wand hängenden Kabeln. Man zeigte uns mehrere Zimmer, in denen es überall das Gleiche war. Das Personal war engagiert, trotzdem eine ziemliche Frechheit, dass mit etwas geworben wird, was gar nicht vorhanden ist. Wenigstens gab es einen Fan und Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern. Morgens gab es ein amerikanisches Frühstück im Restaurant, heißt: es wird einem fertig an den Platz gebracht (ohne Auswahl). Für den bezahlten Preis hätte ich mir wesentlich mehr erhofft.

Simple hotel, no luxe details

Breakfast was a little *too* simple. Bed was a little rough but super clean, very good service, and exceptionally located! Overall it was just a simple, plain, not too decorated but very functional and clean hotel.
