If you’re trying to find a place to stay in Lima that is conveniently located to the tourist areas/walking distance to many food options(Rafeal across the street is very good) and services like laundry mats and pharmacies this is the perfect place! The staff makes you feel like you’re a family friend visiting their home. Very cozy and good breakfast as well!

C'est un beau petit hôtel je vous conseille pour question qualité prix c'est excellent rustique le personnel sont vraiment impeccable belle chambre c'est dans un coin tranquille et vraiment très central tout est à 5 minutes à pied que ce soit les restaurants le centre-ville le bord de la falaise je vous conseille ce petit hôtel vraiment charmant et comme je dis très propre et les employés super sympathique

Its a beautiful Mediterranean/colonial style property. Breakfast on the patio it was so nice! The owner Mrs. Lidia is a sweet lady, always open to hear suggestions, we'll educated and kind.

Great location, staff, and amazing home cooking in the morning! My only complaint would be the lack of sound proofing in the rooms. Earplugs would definitely be a worthy investment for the nighttime!

It's a nice 3 star in a good location. Staff are helpfull and they do a good breakfast. Only negative is the property does not have double glazing and so noise from the street is a constant irritant at all hours particularly during rush hours. However that said my room was right at the front of the hotel and so the traffic noise may not be as bad in other rooms.

A Charming Stay in the Heart of the City

I recently stayed at Hotel Casa San Martin for two nights, and I must say it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in Miraflores, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a short stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and always available to assist with any requests or provide local recommendations, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

O hotel possui um quarto bem amplo e confortável. O meu tinha uma pequena varanda. Café da manhã feito na hora por uma senhora muito agradável. Chuveiro excelente A única coisa que me incomodou foi que o armário estava com cheiro de mofo. No mais, sem queixas.

Habitación sucia

El personal es muy atento y cordial. Lo malo fue que cuando llegué a mi habitación estaba pólvosa y las sábanas tenían un olor raro como sucio y cabellos por lo que pedí que las cambiaran. Lo cambiaron pero dudo que hayan limpiado los muebles pues seguían polvosos.

The concierge was friendly and spoke English very well. Her recommendations were great. She helped us with transportation using metro card and we were able to see much more of the city.
