気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス
The space is nice overall; spacious, luminous, and with a lovely open-plan setting that feels very welcoming. The bedrooms are well-sized, and the caretakers are always available to help with whatever you need, which makes the stay feel easy and cared for. The gardens were a highlight for me, beautifully kept and a joy to spend time in, and the whole place is set in a very safe and quiet area.
That said, there are a couple of things that could be improved. The walls, corners, and light switches could use more thorough cleaning, and the Wi-Fi connection does drop in and out, which makes it a little tricky if you need to rely on it.
Overall though, it’s a comfortable and spacious place.
