"Good location "

"Overall our stay was great! Property was generally clean and mostly updated with some bits of wear here and there but nothing to fuss over. The pool was far from a resort style BUT it was perfect for my boys to play in for hours when they had too much sand time. It was a safe and quiet neighborhood and close enough to everything we needed. "

"I booked the condo for various reasons and one was for the outdoor swimming pool but the was construction taking place in the exact same parking lot for a building 500ft beside the location so the pool so not available for use. That sucked being that i couldn’t swim in ocean water and had high hopes of enjoying an outdoor pool. If I had of known before booking than I probably wouldn’t have booked the location"

"The house was perfect for our family. Our son and his family had the upstairs and we were downstairs. It was a perfect location to be near our other family. I never get tired of the view of the water so peaceful. We love the beach and can’t wait to come back again. "

"Place was Great, short walk to the gulf, Lagoon beach and the pool are perfect if you need a break from Gulf Beach.Very clean and communication with owner was great as well. Highly recommended."
