GITE DE LA FERME DE LA PLACE
The gîte has two levels with a total surface area of 95 m² and can accommodate 1 to 5 guests.
Ground floor:
• Living room with television and DVD player
• A 3-seater sofa bed providing extra sleeping space for 2 people (140x200 cm bed)
• Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, and microwave
• One bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm)
• Separate toilet in the entrance hall
First floor:
• Large bedroom with one double bed (180x200 cm) and one single bed (90x200 cm), or three single beds (90x200 cm)
• Workspace/desk area
• Bathroom with bathtub, shower, and washing machine
• Separate toilet and storage closet with everything needed for the upkeep of the gîte and your laundry (tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, etc.)
Additional amenities:
• Outdoor garden table and chairs at the entrance of the gîte
• Secure, free parking
• Landscaped garden of 1,300 m²
