The house is located in the heart of Old Lille and near the citadelle, in a cobbled lane, typical of Lille, ideal for 4/6 people and is composed as follows:

Ground floor :
- a living room
- a fully equipped kitchen
- a separate WC

First floor
- a bathroom with bath and washing machine
- a separate WC
- bedroom with double bed (140x200).

Second floor
- bedroom with double bed (140x200).
- a mezzanine office (photo- access via a steep ladder)

On the third and last floor (photo- access via a steep ladder) :
- a bedroom with double bed (120x200).

Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen.
All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels.

The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner.

Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV, Prime Video!

Please note that the stairs in the flat are typical of our pretty buildings in Lille: we therefore recommend that families with young children or people with mobility difficulties take this into consideration before booking.

You will have access to the entire flat. Arrival possible 24 hours a day.
You can pick up and drop off the keys at any time without the host having to be present.

Cute house

Clean, comfortable and nicely located. Stairs very steep. Great for us but not for someone with mobility issues. This was stated in the description clearly. We would book again.

Séjour à Lille

J'ai été assez déçu par le logement , beaucoup trop cher par rapport à sa valeur. L'évier de la cuisine était bouché dès notre arrivée , le plombier a dû recoupé un tuyau d'évacuation ! Comment cela n'a t-il pas été fait avant notre arrivée?? La porte du lave-vaisselle était également cassée ce qui en compliquait l'utilisation. La vaisselle était également sale à notre arrivée. L'agence immobilière était injoignable au numéro indiqué dans le mail d'arrivée. Nous avons dû faire d'autres recherches pour la joindre. La télévision fonctionnait difficilement car internet était faible. On entendait tous les bruits de la rue dans la chambre du premier étage (chassis simple vitrage) , on a été réveillé à 2h du matin par les gens dans la rue.. Pour le positif , je dirais logement bien placé et sanitaires propres.
