The service wasn't that good. There was no fridge in the room because it was broken. The breakfast wasn't that good. There weren't alot of staff to help.

The staff were nice to deal with and spoke english which i appreciated as my french really sucks! Located not far from Lille airport. Locked parking gates after a certain time (we were unaware they did this)...but they had a button at the gate you could push to be let in. Room had odd odor, especially the shower room. Shower/ bath room with sink literally looks like a closet. I believe the doors (like a closet) didnt lock which wasnt ideal. You had to actually take a step up to enter the space. Bathroom was small and required that you step up into it. Bathroom reminded me of an airplane bathroom......only toilet inside...no sink. An elevator is available, but it is smaller than what we are used to in Canada....four adults with backpacks just barely fit in. Breakfast was ok

Très bien pour le lobby ou la salle du petit dejeuner. Esprit style respectée. En revanche quelle déception dans la chambre (111). Les toiles d'araignée n'ont visiblement pas été faites depuis des mois vu le nombre et leur taille. L'etat du bas des murs. Les plaintes ont été arrachées et remises avec des vis. La peinture enlevée par la manipulation des meubles ou sur la porte des WC. Propriété du canapé avec les taches. Je n'ose même pas m'asseoir dessus. Et pour finir, avant de me coucher, j'inspecte toujours l'état du matelas. Un bon coup d'aspirateur ne serait pas un luxe vu tout ce que j'y ai trouvé. Pour 160€ la nuit, je m'attends franchement à autre chose. Un peu plus de lumiere, comme un plafonnier, ne serait pas un luxe. 1 lumiere à l'entrée, 1 lampe de bureau, c'est super light

Séjour très agréable

J'ai passé un agréable séjour dans l'hotel ibis style. Chambre spacieuse et confortable, grande salle de bain. Salle de détente très sympa. Petit-déjeuner juste ce qu'il faut. Et surtout, un personnel très agréable, souriant et à l'écoute.

Perfekt stop på vejen nordover

Et udmærket hotel tæt på motorvejen som er et godt sted at gøre holdt. Udmærket morgenmad, fri parkering og wi-fi. Venligt personale og pæne store og rene værelser. Lidt triste omgivelser med en vis køreafstand til butikker og restauranter.

Séjour d’une nuit en famille

Hôtel sans prétention proche aéroport et ville, très pratique pour 1 nuit. Les chambres manquent de cachet, et résonnent. Les baguettes de finitions ne tiennent plus. Les blocs sanitaires restent spacieux et fonctionnels mais commencent à vieillir et une rénovation serait bienvenue. Le petit déjeuner est tout à fait correct (pour rappel compris dans le prix) et le personnel charmant.

Støvet værelse. Virkede som om, det ikke havde været i brug længe. Sovesofaen til børnene havde ikke dyner. Morgenmaden var klart det bedste ved den overnatning.
