Staff was polite. Rooms were clean. However the hotel has seen better years. The location is conveniently located at a metro station that will take you to the centre of Lille within 30min. Overall the locations seemed ok to be walking around at night but I wouldn’t spend longer than necessary.

carte de chambre non opérationnelle hs.obligé de faire déplacer l l'agent d d'acceuil a chaque fois que nous devions rentrer dans notre chambre. pas de bonde dans le lavabo du toilette. couleur suspecte autour de la prise de courant du toilette. fuite sur le cordon de la douchette. pas de gobelets. peinture a revoir. au petit déjeuner fromage a la date dépassée.

Clean and great location

Central location with free parking. Room was small but very clean. Bed was a bit hard but whole experience was comfortable. Only downside was that the shower had to be hand held as the wall bracket did not work.

Accueil sympathique, mais c’est bien le seul point positif de cet hôtel. Chambre sale, moisissure, odeur d’égouts dans la salle de bain, cheveux et poils sur les draps et par terre, présence d’un nid d’insectes morts dans un recoin de la chambre. Hygiène et propreté vraiment déplorable. Je ne recommande pas du tout.
