"I never got a room. I was notified that expedia over booked ...so I did not get a room....and I am waiting for my credit(room cost) to go back to my credit card from Expedia."

"First, we arrive with an Expedia reservation and the Comfort Suites has "no record" of it. The desk clerk (with limited English) has to talk to his manager and tells me I have to call Expedia. Expedia confirms we have a reservation and gives them a virtual card (because I have already paid through Expedia) but that virtual card is supposed declined. I then have to cancel the reservation through Expedia and book directly. The breakfast was a complete joke. No where to sit (think Breakfast in Mumbai) and all the food is cleaned out. It was about 8:45 AM (breakfast is not over until 9) and the breakfast attendant refused to make more eggs and sausage. She was rude and inconsiderate to the hotel guests. Several people asked but her response was "No more! We are closed." We spoke to the desk attendant he was little help. I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel. It just felt dirty."

"This place is stuck in the 1980's. The room smelled like a cross between a dirty ashtray and a musty basement. They also don't have smart TV's to stream You Tube or Netflix or Prime. I got in late and didnt feel like making an issue about it that night. I decided to move to a hotel closer to where i needed to be the next night, they were previously sold out. HOTEL'S. com wouldn't do anything to cancel my 2nd night except offer me $50 in there bonus miles or whatever they are. Not using that or there app again, buyer beware USE the hotels website and deal directly with them. I've found these 3rd party apps take the money and run, no help at all if there is an issue."

"Gym isn’t the best but I was still able to get a decent workout in. Hotel is clean Staff was friendly in the morning. Late night staff was rude. Don’t eat the pizza place next door. They had roaches. Overall hotel is a good place to stay if you need something quick and affordable."

"It was good it was quiet nice room but under construction on the other side (I couldn’t hear it) also I saw a nasty centipede on my ceiling, would have been 5 stars without lol sorry. Also the morning lady struggled booking me I think I was overcharged quite a bit but maybe that’s just Chicago idk. It was good and fine I guess "
