This was hands down the least expensive 2 bed room in Kauai. Not only was it inexpensive, it was very classy and had phenomenal amenities. The beach was literally about 50 steps from our room and was private to the resort. Cool tidepools with sea cucumbers, small fish, and sea urchins were a short walk from the beach entrance. Staff were genuine and approachable. The pools were small but perfect. The waterfalls looked real and were great for photos. Waterslide was awesome. The coi ponds were gorgeous with very healthy, happy, large coi. The food was a bit expensive, but delicious. All food in Kauai is expensive, so not a bad thing. $25 a night to park the rental car, but we only needed one for 3 out of 5 days. The resort had EVERYTHING! People rave about the Princeville area, and we loved hiking up there, but I found the Wailua and Hanalei areas near the resort to be much more down to Earth. Shopping at the nearby Coconut Shopping Center was, dare I say, cheap?!? It was! High quality T-shirts to bring back to a family of 11 was $130 with tax included and a free mug. LOVED Kauai Beach Resort and we will stay here when we return to Kauai!!!
