The house fit our family of 9 beautifully-lots of space to spread out & be comfy! Our family typically prefers eating in & this kitchen was ideal for that. It was well stocked to accommodate lots of cooking-plus lots of extra garbage bags & dishwasher pods helped, too. Loved the fabulous view & watching the sea turtles right below - even saw some stingrays & spinner dolphins! Both the host & manager were wonderful to respond quickly or answer any of our questions.

Beautiful location!!

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this beautiful property! The location was perfect! The views were amazing!! The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed to be comfortable. The beds were super comfy! The only issue we had was upon arrival we were notified that the air conditioning was broken in the main part of the house but they had already set up 2 portable units to keep things cool so it wasn’t bad at all. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing property with a great location!

This house was great for our extended family coming together. The rooms were spacious and the views were unmatched. It was a quick walk to the beach, golfing and other lovely views. We would definitely stay here again as Louise and Kendra, the property owner and manager were incredibly helpful attentive and made our stay better. We hope to come back again!

Modern Oasis

The space was very modern and clean. Loved the rainfall showers and large windows in every room. Nice location on the bluff that made it feel very secluded but very short walking distance to the resort to be in the middle of the action.

Stay in Lihue

We love staying at this location - I have rented this spot three times. The location of the property cannot be beat - it is central to everything one may want to do on Kauai, but also has plenty of local/walkable amenities. The living space is a great place to spend time with family with a large amount of space, wide open windows and views. Louise and Kendra are responsive to any issues that may arise.

Condo near Lihue

Very modern, spacious condo. Perfect for family of 5 adults. Beach toys and towels. Easy access to dining and activities as well as to the airport. Nice balconies on each floor with views over the water. Good communication with property owner. We all enjoyed our stay on Kauai.

Beautiful, well equipped home with everything you could possibly use at your fingertips. Beautiful views, great balconies, close to beach and other activities. My family, (ages 8 months to 45), was overjoyed by their stay. It accommodated everyone. An exceptional property!

Spacious and Great Location

Great place. Location Location Location Quiet enough to sleep with hugh bedroom doors open to the sound of the water. Do use the pool at the Marriot which is just far enough away to still be close. The pool there is great and kids can do the beach thing while you can have a Margarita at the bar. Bedrooms separate enough if kids are with you. Lots of room. Very Nice

Amazing Home!

Just got home from a five day stay at this luxury home. As beautiful as the pictures are, they don't do the house justice - I loved it! All the furnishings in this home are top notch. It was hard to leave this home to do anything. I just wanted to sit on the lanai all day long! And it's just a short walk and elevator ride to the Marriot beach and amenities. I can't wait to stay here again!

Excellent property !

We really enjoyed our stay at Nawiliwili. This property is really easy to get to from the airport (about 10 minutes) and is super quiet. The views are absolutely stunning with the giant pocket windows. Our host, owner Kevin Hense was very friendly and he responded quickly to our questions and needs. We will be back. Amazing Condo!

This was our first time to Kauai and we picked the perfect place to stay. This condo is top notch in every way! The view from this condo is unbelievable! Everything is very modern and up to date. This is by far the best vacation rental we have ever stayed at. Plus, it was nice to have access to the marriott pool and fitness room which is within walking distance. Steve was very helpful with any questions and responded quickly. We will definitely recommend this to family and friends!

I incredible home in the perfect location

I can’t say enough good things about this home. It is even more beautiful than the pictures show. We had 5 adults and were very comfortable with three bedroom suites. The extra half bath near the main living area was especially appreciated. The view and location can’t be beat. Check in was very smooth. The house manager, Kendra, is so friendly and helpful. She made sure the house was sparkling clean. Kevin and his wife were very helpful and responsive. We can’t wait to visit again!

Best Ever

We recently had the great pleasure of visiting here for the second time. My family and I have been to Hawaii at least one dozen times and Kauai is our favorite island and Steve's home is by far our favorite. My family, wife and 3 kids, visited this time with with my wife's 83 year old father. We especially loved the privacy and views of this luxurious home. The Lihue location is very close to the airport and central point between the resort areas of poipu and Princeville. The views from all three levels is spectacular as is the convenience to good food and the beaches. Thank you for the fantastic vacation.

The Perfect Balance

As a family with older kids (late teens to early 20s) we need space, privacy, extra bathrooms and a solid common area to hang. This place provides it all. Additionally, the central location in Lihue makes it very easy to make last minute decisions to head north to Princeville or south to Waimea. Also, the direct access to the beach from the elevator at the end of the sidewalk is such an amazing way to end the day. The owner and property management folks are both great to work with as well. We have stayed a total of 16 nights in this place (8 recently in July 2023 plus 8 under a different owner in 2019) and it is just amazing. I highly recommend it!

Houston Birthday Celebration

This property is breathtaking. As with other reviews, the description and pictures cannot do it justice. Everything is first class and it is easy to see why people return to this beautiful home. From the stunning views, to the convenient location, and peaceful surroundings, it reflects everything aloha. The central location is perfect for families/large parties as it is convenient to all things Kauai. The owner is wonderful to work with and could not be more helpful and accommodating. During a birthday celebration, we hired a local chef to prepare our dinner - it was magical. The food was amazing, sunset stunning; that and with all of the comforts of home. I will certainly return to this beautiful piece of paradise.

Fantastic Space & Location

We loved this condo....a private bedroom for each of us (3) great views off the balconies...sea turtles, surfers, the bay and beach, rainbows everyday before us, perfect location: could walk to a variety of restaurants, shopping, booked the Royal Sonesta Resort pool when needed, beach just a short walk away and plenty of chairs, etc for lugging to the beach....great stay for our 70th birthdays!

Stunning Views, Great Location, Perfect Space!

We loved our stay with our family here in Lihue. It was a centralized location to be able to get out and explore the island, but still had walkable restaurants, gym(KAC), and the beach. The space was perfect as each room had its own onsuite bathroom which allowed for some privacy when needed. Kendra was great and accommodating! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience- oh and that view!!!

Amazing!

This property was absolutely wonderful! The views were stunning and the beds were incredibly comfortable. It was lovely being able to walk down to the beach and the access to all their beach toys was lovely. I do wish there was a remote for the garage to be able to pull in & out of with ease instead of having to jump out of the car to run and open/close the garage. And oddly enough non of the slider doors seemed to lock but we felt safe enough that we didn’t let it bother us too much. Overall, I would 100% stay here again! It was absolutely amazing!
