"A lovely hotel but the view from my room was rather terrible. A roof and wall took up half of the window. A real shame because otherwise it was great. Room 418 FYI. Additionally I was advised $25 for car parking (valet) and when I asked if their was free parking I was told that I could park outside for free - on the street between 5pm and 8am."

"Always my favourite place to stay when visiting Invercargill. Rooms are warm, beds are comfy, showers have good pressure and the parking is easy. Another huge bonus is having the indoor heated pool, spa and sauna along with the gym and restaurants on site. 10/10 value for money."

"An excellent place to stay. It had all the amenities one needed, clean, comfortable and top quality fittings and furnishings. Loved the upstairs bedroom and warmth of the place. Excellent cooking facilities. Warm welcome on arrival and then simply left alone but knew if i needed anything, I could simply ask. Walking distance to the supermarket which was great."
