The space is composed of a living room with a kitchen corner and a sofa, a double bedroom, a triple bedroom (double + single bed), a full bathroom with a shower box, and two spacious balconies (one with outdoor furniture). It comes with a microwave, A/C, and one numbered parking space in the garage (4,20×2,35×1,70). Shared laundry available for guests.°Pets are not allowed.°Floor level cannot be guaranteed; you may state your preference, but assignment depends on availability at check-in.°Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type (furniture, decor, and colours may vary).
