Charming apartment in a residence with swimming pool and solarium. It spreads over two floors and can accommodate up to five guests. The first floor boasts an inviting living room with a kitchen and a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower box, and a lovely balcony. In the basement, you will find a bedroom with three single beds (that can be joined). The flat is equipped with a Satellite TV, A/C, heating, an American coffee maker, a microwave and one uncovered parking space per booking (no SUV). A shared washing machine is available. Beach distance: 800mt. °Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type (furniture, decor and colours may vary). °Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.
