「Great location, less than 30 seconds to the quay. Room had everything you'd expect from a b&b. Fabulous breakfast, there was even an option of standard or large size! Would stay again if we're in the area. Friendly, welcoming host.」

「Still the best place to stay in Poole. Shower was awesome, enough room to get a rugby union team in!!! Great location near the restaurants on the Quay and a ten minute walk from the train station. Deluxe Room was very spacious and had an iron bath in the corner!! However, mattress was too soft and the pillows too 'fluffy'. Just a personal note, but we needed hard mattresses and 'dull' pillows. 「The bed was one of the worst I’ve ever seen. The mattress was shockingly bad. You could feel and see every spring which creaked pinged and moved everytime you moved. The room also had mould on the ceiling and an awful smell of musky dampness. My friend had a much nicer room and their bed was okay so it’s luck of the draw I guess.」

「Hotel staff is very kind. I want to stay here again at bournemouth trip.」

「We did enjoy our stay at Harbour Heights, although parts of the hotel feel a little tired and in need of some updating. Unfortunately, some members of staff could also benefit from further customer service training, as at times we felt more like an inconvenience than valued guests. The terrace and the view are absolutely stunning and were definitely the highlight of our stay. However, it was disappointing that guests were not allowed to have meals on the terrace, and there was no waiter service...

「ボーンマスパビリオンのコンサートを見るのに、1泊しましたが、会場からとても近く、また海岸にも近いのでちょっとした小旅行気分になりました。 部屋は特に普通ですが、一人でダブルベッドをつかえたのでゆっくりできました。 夜は戸締まりされるので、一声かけて行くといいと思いました。 バス停からもすぐ近くなので、駅にも便がよいので、オンシーズンに海を楽しむのにまた利用してもいいなと思いました。」

「Great reception and sorted parking. Room was very smelly like old sweat. Sheets were clean and tidy but the carpet need changing it in a manky state. Bathroom clean and tidy but vinyl needs changing as it doesn't fit properly. Good enough for me to lay my head but I was out of there early as I was not going to be hanging around in that room.」

「20 -40 people constantly in reception arguing as they can't get their booked rooms. Noise , police and all sorts of fun. Breakfast is separate story, people who were lucky enough to get rooms sitting in room with jam and juice and waiting for misery man who will get their breakfast. Had to ask for refund for mine. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT FOR GOOD.」

「From peeling wallpaper to worn out fabrics and cheap pillows … the bathroom was new though … breakfast times were 9:00 to 9:30 😵‍💫 race on for that one … But staff helpful and great location…. But the whole place needs an uplift 」
