「This is a very remote area, so it was extremely peaceful and beautiful. Food options are well over 20 mi or more away. It is off season, a lot of places around were closed, including the nature activities. If you are looking for a serene retreat this if your place, I would have loved to use the pool but it was out of season. Beautiful traditional stone house.」

「Our 3rd floor seaside room was great. Clean, well organized and recently renovated. The hotel staff was pleasant. Didn’t give the hotel an excellent because the mechanicals were iffy. No hot water at peak times and limited climate control in room. Maybe because we arrived just before Opatija gets hot a/c unavailable. But upper rooms warm quickly in sunny Croatia.
