Another great stay in Noumea!

Everything is so well thought after which madd for a great experience. They are very knowledgeable about the island and gave us great advice on things to do!

Great experience with interaction with extended owners family. Staff children and family used swimming pool and facilites while waiting around after school to be taken home this was OK but sometimes not ideal. Showers were very poor........ low pressure. Breakfast very average and expensive, coffee terrible and expensive. Limited alcohol ..no packed beer available.

Whilst the staff were OK, really this was a miserable stay for us. The power failed in our 2bed room 5 times over 2 days. The shower was broken, no shampoo, aircon unit squealed, door didn’t lock properly/safely, no water pressure, plastic garbage inside a Caesar salad, staff families getting drunk around eating area and pool leaving rubbish strewn until mid morning. Just not what I would expect after paying Au$300 per night.

Comment transformer vos super vacances en amertume

Nous avons quitté l'hôtel après une journée car le logement était sale, sans eau chaude, au bord de la route, devant l'atelier de nettoyage et réparation des voitures de location, au bord de la route, sans terrasse. La voiture de location est arrivée avec 2 heures de retard à l'aéroport où nous attendions et ce n'était pas le modèle prévu. L'hôtel nous a facturé et débité 4 jours de séjour pour 1 seul réalisé et 2 jours de location de voiture pour 1 jour réalisé. Nous avons dû bataillé pour faire respecter le prix de la location de voiture. Aucune excuse sur les problèmes rencontrés. Le Directeur a dit à chaque fois que c'était la faute de ses employés incapables mais il a bien fini par nous arnaquer sur le montant débité. Un parfait endroit pour transformer vos vacances agréable en moment amer où vous avez la sensation de vous être bien fait arnaquer avec une équipe qui s'en fout et qui vous soutire tout ce qu'elle pourra.

Hôtel excentré à côté d'une toute petite belle plage. Logement conforme aux photos. Un ménage de fonds serait nécessaire, par exemple les vitres étaient très sales et on tombe sur des toiles d'araignée lorsqu'on ouvre la fenêtre. Sinon dans l'ensemble c'est propre.

Déçu globalement L’accueil est froid voir même mauvais, pas du tout à l’image de la population de l’île de Lifou! Heureusement nous y sommes restés une seule nuit, il est préférable d’aller loger chez l’habitant bien plus accueillant !

Réalité très éloignée des photos du site internet

Porte de chambre ajourée en sa partie basse. Nous avons dû mettre un linge pour boucher le trou afin que des "petites bêtesindésirables ne pénètrent". Mobilier de jardin en très mauvais état. Piscine sale mais propre le lendemain matin au moment de notre départ. Prix des prestations prohibitifs. Nous ne conseillons pas cet établissement, mais peut-être comme nous, vous n'aurez pas le choix.

Réceptionniste et son smartphone clients attendent

Une grosse déception à l'accueil de l'hôtel, où la réceptionniste préfère se cacher à l'arrière de l'accueil avec son smartphone à la main, plutôt que de s'occuper des clients. De même pour la manière de renseigner les clients, qui a été tout aussi décevante.
