「We enjoyed our stay. We found the accommodations comfortable and well-stocked. One slight issue: there was a dank cat smell in one of the bedrooms. We also used the pullout sofa, which had many crumbs in the back. The company made it up for us before our stay, which we appreciated; however, we would have expected that they vacuum between the cushions so there wouldn't be other people's crumbs in a party member's bed. 「It was double booked. I arrived at 8pm with my 3 children, and there was another family staying there. I contacted the host, who was very apologetic and called expedia to find a solution. No contact was made, no solution was answered. I was left to find accommodation at the extreme last minute on my own. And no refund has been provided. I have booked many trips through Expedia, and expected better.」
