「Very good hotel」

「We didn’t get the type of room we had booked, but no effort what so ever to make up for it or even apologise. It was very difficult to get in touch with the “staff” when needed, and he didn’t speak English at all even if it says they should.」

「Für die Durchreise sehr zu empfehlen. Die zwei Damen sind sehr zuvorkommend. Whirlpool und Sauna konnte man frei nutzen. Einfacher gehts nicht. Danke」
