Great stay / hotel

Pleasant stay, great rooms and great pool. Unfortunately the spa’s were closed 2 of 3 days. My kids missed the full experience with the hot pools, but nevertheless we were satisfied. The hotel itself is amazing.

Wonderful Location!

We did not stay long enough to enjoy all what this hotel had to offer. Rooms were comfortable and the views amazing. Breakfast was alsol good

Die Apartments sind gemütlich. Der Spa-Bereich des Hotels nebenan ist richtig super und in der Umgebung kann man schöne Ausflüge machen.

Fint hotell, men beskrivelsen av rom med fjell utsikt stemmer ikke for rom i 1 og 2 etasje. Det er heller ikke heis til rommene i 1 og 2 etasje. Det er el lader, men ikke noe system på bruk, så den brukes som parkeringsplass, siden det ikke er noen tidsbegrensning.

Fin pool, men ringe service og meget støj

Fine forhold i pool/spa området, men ingen service og alt for mange mangler og defekter. Virkelig meget trafiklarm fra den del af hotellet der ligger nedenfor hovedbygningen. Desuden meget lydt mellem værelserne/gangen. Personalet var stort set usynlige og der var ikke nogen forsøg på at få os til at føle os velkomne. Vi blev “ekspederet” - ikke meget mere end det. Fint hvis man bare gerne vil passe sig selv ved den lækre pool.
Udsigten er flot fra det nye poolområde

Das Hotel ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen und bequem mit dem Auto erreichbar. Vor Ort stehen sowohl kostenfreie als auch kostenpflichtige Parkmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung. Der Spa- und Poolbereich entspricht den Abbildungen: sauber, gepflegt und einladend. Kulinarisch überzeugt das Hotel auf ganzer Linie – sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen sind von hoher Qualität. Die Zimmer weichen allerdings teilweise von den Bildern ab und können in Stil und Ausstattung stark variieren. Wer jedoch den traditionellen, rustikalen Charme Österreichs zu schätzen weiß, wird sich dennoch wohlfühlen.

Für das Geld nicht ganz dem Standard entsprechend

Ja die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Für 170 EUR die Nacht außerhalb der Saison fanden wir die Ausstattung mit Boiler und Wanne mit Duschvorhang nicht besonders ansprechend. Das Zimmer war ganz am Ende mit einem MiniBalkon. Das Personal war durchweg sehr nett. Die Küche auch super. Frühstück sehr gut. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön. Etwas wenig Liegen.

War ein sehr schöner Urlaub, Unterkunft war gut mit Bahn/Bus erreichbar und wir konnten auch ohne Auto schöne Ausflüge machen. Essen war sehr lecker! Gab einmal Buffet (Themenabend) und sonst Salat Buffet und 3 Gänge. Beim Hauptgericht konnte man jeden Morgen zwischen einem mit Fleisch, einem mit Fisch und einem vegetarischen wählen. Spa Bereich war inklusive und sehr, sehr schön. Zimmer waren ok, Föhn würde ich beim nächsten mal einen eigenen mitbringen. Die überdecke und zusätzlichen Kissen waren nicht ganz sauber und rochen komisch.

Fantastisk udsigt

Fantastisk lokation. Vi ankom gående og så hvor høj stigning der var op til hotellet. Men der var en lift lige til døren. Dejligt. Vi havde booket to nætter på forskellige værelser , men igennem to forskellige hjemmesider. I receptionen var hotelmutter venlig og vi fik samme værelse begge nætter alligevel. Hele pool området var nyt og moderne indrettet. Udsigten fra pool område og restaurant var virkelig flot.

Appartement bien situé pour visiter le Grossglockner en téléphérique. Belle piscine intérieure et extérieure avec solarium. Dans l’appartement le sofa convertible n’est pas du tout confortable pour dormir. L’accès au balcon n’est pas pratique avec la porte qui est bloquée par le lit. Accueil correct à la réception mais manque d’information sur la localisation de l’appartement et du parking dédié.

Nice Pool, Great views, Poor sleep.

Beautiful scenery. Pool was nice (and warm). One complaint though: The extra bed (converted sofa) was of such poor quality. Never tried anything like it. Just not good enough when you take the cost into account.
