The room was dirty, the hallways were dirty, the staff was not interested at all to provide a pleasant customer experience. Very nice staff, location and comfortable. Unfortunately they would not give points when from an Expedia reservation. Not sure why, but this would make me choose a different route.

A good welcome, clean room and good shower, as well as a comfortable bed and decent choice in the restaurant. The hotel is looking a little tired and dated, but is brilliant value.
