"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. "A fantastic hotel outside the city center, ensuring peace and quiet. Daily housekeeping service. Air conditioning in the rooms. Super comfortable beds. Delicious Italian-style breakfasts."

"Clean room, friendly staff, and close to main area of the city. 10 mins walk from central train station. Everything was expected as described in Expedia. Wifi does need improvement. Signal was ok late night and day time when no one was using. However, it was extremely slow and occasionally no connection during morning and evening."

The ladies at reception were friendly and super accommodating. We travelled from far and had a late check in and it was smooth . "A very nice hotel with a beach. Our room was in a small one room circular building amongst a similar group, with its own outside seating area. Food was good and amenities good. It seemed good for children and almost all the other guests were families with children. There seemed to be a lot of entertainment for children. As a couple without children this wasn’t ideal, but overall a very nice hotel."

"All the employees were exceptional! The breakfast was amazing and caters to preparing your food. The pool was refreshing and cleaned daily. The staff go out of their way to accommodate the client. So helpful in every way. The premises were clean and it is obvious how hard the staff works. A truly dedicated team. We regret not booking more time at this hotel."
