「Rooms are so ridiculously outdated. Broken furniture and marks everywhere.
Staff not interested and barely acknowledged us it was almost like we were not good enough to stay there. Didn't ask if we wanted dinner or breakfast or even if our stay was ok on checkout. Unfriendly staff at the bar. Main areas seemed fine did not use any facilities decided against giving them any further money after the way we were treated. Beautiful from the exterior but that's about it!」

「Train station being close is about the only good thing this place has to offer. You have to make it past the bar with a bunch of rowdy drunks talking trash to you just to check in. Whoever took the pictures for this place deserves a raise. The room is tiny. The mattress is old. The bathroom is gross. The carpet is gross. 「Excellent location for use at the BP Pulse, walking distance from Birmingham International train station and BP Pulse venue.
Hotel was clean and what we needed for our night.
We had breakfast which was a choice off full english or continental, good choice of breakfast.
Overall, i would definitely return to this hotel if I am to visit the BP Pulse in the future.

「Property was nice and room ok. Shower was a powerful but temperature kept varying. Bar food and drinks were nice but disappointing that on Expedia (who we booked through) it said pets stay free but on arrival charges were applied for the dog which is why I’ve given a lower rating. Did mention to the member of staff who checked us in but nothing was done about this and Expedia still shows as pets stay free 」
