The rooms were cleaned well by the cleaning staff. Only issue I had was the early check in process where there was not a clear communication between staff and management. Other than that the stay was good and the other hotel staffs were welcoming and polite.

Staff were amazing and very helpful , very kind . Morning buffet was excellent t , how we the dinner buffet wasn’t good and overpriced . Business lounge was only open 7 to 10pm and closed on Sundays . The food and alcohol were not good and limited selection of alcohol. However the staff were incredibly nice and helpful . I would not recommend paying extra to get the business lounge . Overall the staff and service and amenities were excellent !

Business hotel close to the airport. Nice art installations, excellent breakfast, a bit tired room decor, sometimes slow wifi, lacking charm and vibe, professional staff, highly functional but rather forgettable from a global perspective.

My room had roaches I change room. The other room was dirty. I change room. The other room had stain on the bed and the toilet was dirty. I change room the septic tank. You could smell it in the room and the toilet runs 24 hours a day, although they came up and fixed it, I would never pay this amount of money in the USA like I would probably only have to pay $50 a day. This is ridiculous. But it’s safe and the staff is amazing
