「We had such a lovely stay over Mother’s Day weekend. The house was tidy and clean, and a nice amount of toys and coloring books for kids, which was thoughtful. Very spacious, and perfect for the rainy day when we weren’t able to go outside. It was a beautiful acreage to take walks and not noisy even though we were a hop and a skip off the main highway. We would definitely recommend booking this spot for a getaway with friends, and we’re already dreaming of returning on our next trip to the area!...

A few items on the vrbo listing are a bit misleading, which would have been helpful to know before hand. 「The house was excellent!! The hot tub, sauna and firepit were really nice outdoor bonuses!! The mattresses were super comfy and the linen and towels were washed with good smelling detergent. There were good smelling diffusers as well. The kitchen and bathrooms are up to date! The decor in the house is really tasteful as well. The porch has a place to sit on either end. We arrived at this property in the Poconos around 8 PM, and from the moment we walked in, we were extremely disappointed. There was a strong unpleasant smell throughout the rooms, the door was broken, and the hot tub was not ready to use and needed hours to heat up.
