「This is my worse place have seen advertised as a guest house, I never actually stayed as it was that bad, Do not book here it,s awful」

「Property was quiet, warm and generally clean - good location so we could walk to a couple of restaurants. Would have felt safer if other clients remembered to close the inner front door, which was on a keypad lock!! A couple of minor things which I mentioned directly to the Mode people - but not a deal-breaker!」

「The property did not fully match the listing, one of the bedrooms shown in the photos does not appear to exist, and the room our children were going to stay in had visible mould on the walls. While the property had been cleaned well, this is clearly a maintenance issue rather than a cleaning one. The hot tub, which was a key reason for booking, was not available on our first night.
