"We arrived late at night and I could tell the room wasn't clean but we were tired. when I woke up the next day after housekeeping came in and everything was still dirty I just booked another hotel. The vents were dirty, the pipes looked leaky, there was dust and hair, there were stains on the wall and bed."

"The bathroom faucet and sink were absolutely horrible. Apparently while installing upgrades, someone forgot to test for functionality. The faucet was placed way too far back from the rim of the basin. So, every time you washed your hands, you had to actually put your hands on the rim to rinse the soap off and now you have water all over the countertop. What a mess!!!!!!"
