Located on the historic farmland of William Warfield guest will #LiveLikeALocal by being 20 minutes from Keeneland & the Bluegrass Airport, 15 minutes from Kroger Field, & 5 minutes from Rupp Arena! Enjoy your morning coffee on our cozy porch or even cocktails in the aesthetically pleasing back yard by our firepit. We have no doubt that you will feel at home!

Where Urban meets Bourbon is where you will find this cool and cozy home. Newly renovated, our property is located on the outskirts of downtown of Louden Ave. our property resides on the original farmland of William Warfield. The Meadows was an operable horse farm in the 1800’s and home of the infamous race horse Lexington. If you pay close attention, you may just see him all around town.

Warfield Manor Guests will be dazzled by this fashionable and freshly renovated unit. With ample amounts of storage, stellar décor, and Kentucky pieces throughout, guests will live like a true Lexingtonian while being surrounded by a comfortable, classy, and entertaining friendly property.

Featuring 4 bedrooms & 3 baths. Warfield features two en-suites with king beds, one located on the first floor and the second is located upstairs. The home also has granite counter tops, brand new appliances, beautiful vinyl plank flooring, amazing back patio, large backyard, Roku T.V. in every bedroom, well stocked kithcen, pingpong table, firepit, spacious yard and wireless internet.

Warfield Manor has two en-suites. One on the first floor and the second is on the 2nd floor, each bedroom also features a King bed. Upstairs also features 2 additional bedrooms with queen beds and a hall bath.

An iron and ironing board come with this unit for all of those important events and photos. Residents will also enjoy heat and air conditioning during their stay. We love furbabies, so reach out to find more information on our pet policy! This property also includes parking! Guests are easily able to access Lexington's finest attractions and experience multiple aspects of this diverse city.

Very nice stay

We came with a small group of family and friends to celebrate our son’s 21st birthday with a few bourbon experiences. Overall we had a great trip. The house was clean and tasteful. A few items needed repair, but nothing that detracted from our enjoyment. We appreciated all the amenities and the great recommendations for restaurants.

Everything about this place was welcoming, clean, and just great vibes! They are easy to work with. I have a service dog and they even left her food bowls and some treats!! Highly recommend!! Definitely will be staying there again!

Great stay for Lexington activities

Our group was delighted by the thoughtfulness and cleanliness of the property. It was situated perfectly for us to explore Lexington and it was just a short drive to the Gorge Underground. The home was spacious and set up beautifully.

Family getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The house is great. The beds were super comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is non- slip mat in the shower and bathtubs and a complete handrail on both sets of stairs.

Lexington get away

This house set up was perfect for four good friends from out of town going to see a performance at the Lexington Opera House. The kitchen was nice and updated, the living room was great and comfy for socializing and we each had our own bedroom for privacy. Would definitely come back again if we're in the area.

Great home and location!

The house was great! Perfect size for our family of 5 with everyone having their own space. We loved that we could bring our dog too! We visited the UK campus and went to a basketball game at Rupp. The location was perfect for all of that. We got snow while there and the neighbors were all so kind helping everyone get the sidewalks and roads clear. Thank you!

Spacious little house

This was our second time staying at this cute perfect house. There were 3 couples and a few small pups. Every couple had a nice spacious bedroom and private bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need. Lots of seating and comfort. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Highly recommended.

Kentucky Dudes Weekend

Great location for downtown and getting to UK for football game. Newly renovated house, plenty of room, ping pong table in basement was fun. We enjoyed it. We would all stay here again for sure.

Had a great time

We had a bachelorette party and stayed here overnight. The owners were kind enough to let me decorate, and the house is very nice. We were very comfortable and had all the amenities needed. The house is very cute and well appointed, with enough bedrooms and baths for all of us. Kitchen is well designed and the living room big enough for our group of 7. Loved it!

Work Trip

While in Lexington for work, our crew of 4 stayed at this wonderful home. It was spacious, clean and quiet. A great place for a family or a workgroup like ours. Great Property

The location was great and safe. The bedrooms are great with comfortable beds and pillows. A few food items on the floor that the housekeeper didn't get, but it wouldn't deter me from staying here again. Overall, I would definitely book this one again!

The house was nice and clean. The neighbors were friendly. The host had an informational packet that aided our tour of the city. The kitchen had everything that helped us feel at home. Kroger was less than ten minutes away. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay

I have a large family and we needed to have a place to celebrate the holidays! Every person who entered the home was blown away about how adorable the home was. Anything we needed was there or a quick drive away. The home was already beautifully decorated for Christmas! The layout was perfect for four families to stay as well as plenty of living and visiting areas. We thoroughly enjoyed our time! I strongly recommend this home for your family!

Perfect For Our Group

Very nice house towards the end of a court made for a nice quiet stay for our group of 6. The house itself is adorable. Updated, comfy and well-appointed. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again. Location was good for UK activities. Neighborhood is not as cute as the house.

The property is very nice. Well kept, clean. The price was reasonable as well. I had no issues whatsoever. I love that there are TVs in each room. All the amenities one would need were there. I can tell the owner(s) are thoughtful and care about people.

Just Right

Overall, the property and location were perfect. I have a large family and this space was great for us. We visit Lexington, Kentucky often and will likely make this our go to space. There is only one thing that we would like to see done differently. There is a 180 cleaning charge but the space was not as clean as we would have liked. We did not bring our dog this time but there was quite a bit of animal hair on the furniture and floors.

Good central location for all the things we wanted to do. House was very clean and updated nicely. Had issues with the Internet and TV not working the whole stay. The management company was not the easiest to work with in trying to get it fixed while we were there. They eventually resolved the issue after several emails.

Warfield

Overall this was a great stay. Each room had separate geating and cooling system which was great. Towels for every bathroom were clean and ready to us. Coffee, candy, and a bottle wine was provided. That was a really nice touch. The home is a classic that was remodeled to bring up to date! Very nice interior and exterior. Our family loved it. Would stay again when going to KY. Thank you all.
