The Upper's Rose is located in the heart of Downtown Lexington! Enjoy our 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment that has been recently renovated. This historic home built is in 1850 is located within walking distance to Rupp Arena, UK, The City Center, & so much more! This unit is located on the first floor equipped with all the modern-day amenities a guest could desire. Guests will live like a true Lexingtonian and will be conveniently located for all their stay needs.

Professionally managed, by Pure property management of Kentucky. Our team is readily available to assist with any guest needs

Located in the heart of downtown Lexington on historic upper Street. Our property is located to all the conveniences of downtown and the university of Kentucky. Guest are able to find off street parking to pay and several lots nearby. Parking is not included at this unit

Guest will have full access to our apartment

Permit #:15030061-1

Please note, this property does not include parking. There are several spaces nearby for guests to park, our team will advise on available lots to park. However, we do have the option to rent one parking pass, we do require guests to pay a $150 Deposit and the pass must be turned in at checkout. If the pass is returned, guests will be refunded their $150 deposit. This is for street parking where the apartment is located.

The Primary front bedroom also features a day bed that can be used.

Kitchen well equiped. Clean and comfortable. Very noisy with people walking by. Parking and unloading very difficult. No place to stop and unload vehicle. Should charge more for closer parking. Not good for person with disability. Though comfortable would not stay again

Good Lex location

Convenient location but found parking to be somewhat expensive and inconvenient. There were no smoke detectors, and kitchen amenities were lacking.; A/C worked great.

One Night Stay

We went to concert at Rupp and it was very close and convenient. The only bad thing I can say was there was no hot water at all.

Uk game

Stayed overnight for the late game. Easy walk to Rupp and dinner places. Parking is an issue but we found a paid lot maybe 2 min walk away and parked for 18hours for 11. Super easy solution. House is probably 100 years old but was super clean. Beds were great. We were barely there but location to Rupp and dinner/breakfast for walking was great.

Perfect location for a Kentucky basketball game!

We took our teenaged son and his friend to a Kentucky basketball game and this was the PERFECT location for us to walk to campus and Rupp Arena. Plenty of space to stretch out with two bedrooms, a nice sized living room and kitchen. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and day bed which was great. The best part of this rental is the location. It can’t be beat! I highly recommend.

Parents Weekend

Great place to stay if you want to be close to campus. Stayed for parents weekend and had a great stay. Fun historic home. A/C works great!
