A Great spot downtown

Perfect location

Great location, walkable to both downtown Lexington and the brewery district. Neighborhood was quiet. I wish the outdoor space in the back was more usable, everything else was wonderful!

Quaint apartment in the heart of Lexington

Cute little place. Walking distance from a wide variety of activities and food places. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Bathroom is a bit small but manageable. Loved our stay!

Perfect Location

We needed a place to stay after a show at Rupp Arena and this was perfect! Great location, super clean and it gave us that downtown feel on a quiet street. Will be returning!

Perfect spot within walking distance to Rupp

I have stayed here several times and already have plans to come back. It is so cozy and clean and just a few minutes walk to Rupp Arena. Hosts are super nice and communicative which is very important to me when choosing a VRBO.

Great getaway location

My wife and I stayed at this quaint one bedroom apartment as we were in town for a concert. The place is adorable, clean, and wound up being the perfect place to stay. In fact, we have plans to come back to Lexington for another concert next month and I’m in the process of trying to rebook.

Cute little Apartment

Just the right size for my husband and I..in a super quiet neighborhood..we visited our son and walked to Rupp Arena to see Leeann Morgan..and walked to many bars and restaurants..will for sure visit again!!

Awesome stay! Clean city

Very enjoyable! Close walk to everything, and if you’re in the mood for a little excercise it’s a short walk to much more! Very clean unit that was appointed with everything you would need.

Perfect rental for 2 in a lively historic neighborhood.

This historic home is charming and the neighborhood is quiet and serene! The property is perfect to accommodate 2 and the hosts have done a fantastic job with the decor and provided all the essentials for a great stay. The hosts were super helpful and gave expert recommendations for our first trip to Lexington. Beautiful, comfortable, charming garden area. Super close to Rupp Arena. Walk to Mary Todd Lincoln's home and The Town Branch Dustillery. Well appointed old home in historic district. Would love to return!

Great location!

Our stay was perfect! We were attending a convention, and our walk to the event was less than 5 minutes. It was very convenient to be able to go drop things off and relax. The property was very clean and comfortable, and had anything we could’ve needed. We will definitely book again!

Convenient location, thoughtful touches

This location was perfect! A great, locally owned coffee shop, Java Jukebox, is within a few minutes' walk. The convention center is also easily walkable. The apartment itself was clean and well-organized, with thoughtful touches throughout. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely look to see if the apartment is available.

We stayed here for parents weekend at UK. The location is convenient for getting around Lexington. The home was decorated with comfortable bed and living room couch: everything was clean and welcoming and upon arrival. It's nice to have Sling and Netflix provided for watching news and sports Highly recommend

Girls trip

We had a blast on our girls weekend to Lex! We wanted a spot within walking distance of bars and restaurants and this place didn’t disappoint! A beautiful historical home with all the amenities. We were able to enjoy a clean stay while also walking to all of our things. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely a wonderful location, quiet but super close to Rupp, downtown, and very walkable. We would definitely stay here again if another show we wanted to see came to Rupp Arena!!
