We are centrally located in a wonderful neighborhood close to everything Lexington has to offer. In less than 10 minutes you can be at Keeneland or at the University of Kentucky campus. The Horse park is about 20 minutes away and many great distilleries are close as well.

Disappointing

Their cleaning crew does not know what clean is. And there was one knife in the drawer still dirty, salt and pepper grips were so sticky and dirty; and many other items. Were not able to adjust the AC temp settings. No toilet paper holder, faucet fixture loose, shower door does not close all the way, TV in bedroom worthless, no user manuals for anything, no broom, no plunger (for just in case), couch and chairs very uncomfortable.

Perfect

Perfect rental for 4 adults and 2 children. Our son and his family of four met us in Lexington for our annual Easter family gathering. Clean spacious and with excellent amenities (soap shampoo etc) Excellent linen and comfortable beds.

Location easily found. A little disappointed that the sidewalk to the house was covered in snow from the day prior. We arrived in the home and found it quite nice and even decorated tactfully for the holiday. Each person found their room cozy. We unpacked and set for a week of joy. Unfortunately I was awakened about 530 the next morning by my father stating the lights and heat pump were flickering. Checking the thermostats, the house had already dropped to 67 and continued to drop. We contacted the property manager who reacted quickly by calling an electrician. He, the electrician found improper wiring to support the house needs. Per the electrician it was something like wires were 150 capacity for a 250 need. I don't know what that means. Electricians would we had to pack up and spent the rest of the morning searching for a new place to stay for 5 adults and two teenagers for the rest of the week because we were informed it would take a while for the repairs. This meaning we had to pack up and wait around until 3 or 4 to get into a new rental. We were informed we would be refunded, but may not be the full amount due to vrbo fees. Unfortunately we received about 1/3 refund of the full amount which did not cover the cost of the new location. Overall disappointed in the rental and vrbo foe the lack of support in making something right that was completely wrong with the property. We were thankful there was no fire as a result of faulty wiring.

Weekend stay

We had a great stay for our group of 6, the owner was very communicative and even brought by a full size coffee maker after we requested one. Highly recommend.
