We have rented this property before and find it perfect for our needs. It is very clean. We enjoy sitting outside under the shelter with the ceiling fan. The home is close to activities. I would recommend updating/adding to kitchen supplies, for those who want to cook some meals.

Wedding weekend

The house was conveniently located for everything we needed to celebrate a family wedding, including Keeneland and shopping. The kitchen was spacious and included a double oven! The house was clean with comfortable furniture and beds. I would stay there again.

We three best friends from California enjoyed our stay. It was clean, comfortable and in an excellent location. It rained/drizzled the whole weekend so no opportunity to use the back patio or yard, sadly!

Beautiful clean home!

We have stayed in several homes, but i think this has been the best supplied house! Very clean!! Decorated nicely without feeling worried over having small children! Highly recommend!

Clean & well-stocked

The house is bigger than the pictures convey. It has a large fenced in yard for those with kids that need to stretch their legs. Our only suggestion would be for fans in the smaller two bedrooms for air flow at night. The beds were comfortable. It is close to several grocery stores & restaurants. We would stay here again given the opportunity! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

Nice Cul-de-sac!

The location was great! Off the main drag a few blocks, so quiet but still close to everything. The house was very clean but the trash outside was a bit gross. We were told it would be picked up Saturday morning but it was still there when we checked out Sunday. Will look for the availability of this next time we head to Lexington.

Felt Right at Home,Would Stay Again !

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO in Lexington!The location was perfect ,centrally situated and close to everywhere we needed to go,which made getting around super convenient.The neighborhood was peaceful and welcoming,with friendly neighbors who always greeted us with a smile or a wave.One of our favorite parts of the stay was watching the bunnies come out in the yard around sunset and seeing fireflies light up in the evening, sucha magical touch that made our time even more special.The home itself had everything we needed and more.It was well-stocked, clean and clearly care for ,which made it easy to settle in and feel right at home We’re so glad we chose this place and would absolutely stay again .Highly recommend!

Great Location

Great house. Perfectly comfortable. Very responsive property manager. Convenient, walkable location. Kitchen and dining room are great for family gatherings. Family room could use more lighting. Wifi didnt work during 4/5 of our stay. I wish we could have a small credit for that inconvenience. Otherwise, the house worked very well for us. Loved having the yard and patio!

Well stocked

Clean property with many amenities. Soaps, detergents, etc amply supplied. Welcome book was helpful. WiFi was weak at times with occasional disconnects. Beds were comfortable. TV's were Roku and had antennas for HD digital. Some of us arrived early and were allowed access. Washer/Dryer worked well. Didn't use stove except to boil some water. Double oven was clean but not used by us.

The house was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and within less than a mile of multiple stores, mall, restaurants etc. The covered breezeway between the garage and house was an added bonus, there's a patio table and chairs, it was a great space to play games and just relax outside. We will stay here again!

Perfect little house for our girls weekend at the KY 3 day event. The 3 of us had our own bedrooms with TVs for privacy, and nice common areas to hang out in together. House was clean, comfortable & in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. Grocery store & restaurants were close, and the horse park was an easy 20min or so drive. Kitchen was stocked well enough for us to cook dinner. We loved our stay & would totally book again.

The house was older, but it was very nice. It was perfect for our stay. A few areas could’ve been a little more clean. Quiet location, except for the dogs barking at neighbors when they were let out to go to the restroom. They only barked if we were outside. Would definitely stay here again!
