Charming and updated downtown home with luxury fixtures, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private outdoor space. Perfect for small groups, this stylish retreat offers comfort and convenience just minutes from downtown dining, shopping, and attractions.

The Space:
This home features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, with all bedrooms located on the second floor. The master includes a large walk-in shower that offers a spa-like experience. One bathroom features a classic clawfoot tub, added due to the sloped roofline—there’s a shower attachment but no traditional overhead shower. Enjoy a luxurious, fully stocked chef’s kitchen and a quiet, private backyard perfect for entertaining.

Guest Access:
Guests will have a private entrance and will receive a personalized PIN code to access the front door for a smooth and secure check-in.

The Neighborhood:
The property is located on a quiet downtown side street, just a short walk to local restaurants, shops, and attractions—offering both peace and convenience.

Other Things to Note:
The property includes parking for up to 3 vehicles—2 off-street spaces in the driveway and 1 additional space directly in front of the home.

Our family with kids was not able to come so we only had adults. I did notice kid friendly games on property and the space was magically nooks and crannies up , appealing to young and old. Stairs were a bit tricky for amputee but manageable if staying in the downstairs lovely space. Thanks for books with cleanup duties. It is always too hard to share those with whole group if only online. Loved the neighborhood and proximity to new park. Great stay.

Beautiful home close to downtown and campus. Tons of natural light, extremely clean, comfortable beds. Backyard is an oasis in the middle of the city. Host is attentive. Everything you need to be in the middle of the action, or even just chill out!
