Fully remodeled in 2018, the home is walking distance to Rupp Arena, both the University of Kentucky and Transylvania University's campuses, fine dining at Jeff Ruby's, Tony's, Frank & Dino's and many others, as well as event spaces at the Limestone Hall, the Grand Reserve, and the newly completed Lexington Convention Center!
