It was horrible we didn’t even stay there the room had water damage on the ceiling the electrical sock was a fire hazard it smelled of mold

Room had trash left in it and a dirty nasty towel on the sink. Toilet leaked every use. Parking was horrible. Not enough spaces for each room. Had to wait 10 minutes to be checked in do to no one being at the front desk. When calling no one would answer. Bed was comfy.

There was an old guy digging in front of my room at 9 pm Cars with flats all over the place Rooms with grills out front on the sidewalks People hanging in cars everywhere Gave us a room that someone was clearly living in and said they had no clue Tv is all fuzzy Only half the lights in room work Vending stole my money

Bad TV or cable service. Lines in the TV. Coffee pot only worked when it wanted to. Microwave didn’t work at all, I didn’t even try the refrigerator. Very noisy with people banging on doors to get in.

Service was fine, but having the hot water run out in the middle of your shower was not fun, but was the best price in town so take that for what it is worth. I was only staying one night.

You get what you pay for. This is the best value in Frankfort. If not for the price, I would not stay here. The room, even though it was "renovated," had issues. The only accessible power outlet that worked was by the sink. The door locks were not very responsive to the key cards. The toilet would barely flush, and the room was dark even with all the lights on. The entire place seems to be fairly well cleaned. The only issue I noticed with cleaning was that there were long dark hairs on the bath towels, which isn't pleasant.

Sketchy at best. Strange men walking around all night, spiders in our room. I slept with my service revolver on the night stand. Spiders in the bathroom. I was embarrassed I made the reservation. STAY AWAY unless you’re homeless.
