Guest access
The house has three bedrooms, however, the guest can access only the master bedroom with a king-size bed and another bedroom with a full bed. One bathroom is attached to the master bedroom and one bathroom is outside.
Other things to note
A guest has access to the deck and can park their car in the garage. But there will be a tenant living in the basement and he parks his car on one side of the driveway.
