「My boyfriend and I booked this trip and he actually proposed during our trip! We loved coming back to the cozy studio cottage. The view from bed is beautiful , the stars at night were breath taking! 「This is an ideal location for a fun getaway for any season. Plenty of room for a large/extended family. While there is a road between the house and lake it didn’t detract from the experience at all. Pro tip, in cooler seasons turn on the ceiling fans to push the warmer air down. Otherwise the main room will feel cold. The dock is slightly off level and a couple doors don’t latch completely but those are just signs of a well loved camp.」

「The second time I have rented this property. Not as clean this time but fully equipped. The whole outside including chairs could use a good power wash. A bat was found in a corner of downstairs bedroom. CO2 monitor went off 3 times once at 5:30AM. I assume after calling the number it was serviced as it never went off again although no follow up call or note was left that it had been serviced?」

「We had a very nice stay and enjoyed both the cottage and property. It was a bit rainy, so we didn't get a chance to enjoy the fire pit area, but it looked great. There are a few places that could use some updates, but this is a true lake cottage, so it's really like elevated camping.」

「We enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay at this nice house. The location on the shore of the Long Lake is fantastic. The house is huge and was good for our large group. 「This cozy cottage on a quiet lane has a beautiful view of the water. We saw a multitude of water fowl. The landtrust area just down the road made for beautiful morning walks with many birds and deer to keep you company. The neighbors were friendly and the host was responsive and helpful.」

「The house was really great - plenty of room and a nice and serene. Older house with squeaky and uneven floors but the decor and some modern makeovers made it have great character! Communicating with property manager was very easy and we got prompt responses. The only thing worth mentioning that needs attention is the little bridge to go over to get to the driveway.
