Great little 3 bed single bath lake house with lake house charm. The lake is beautiful and great for swimming and water sports. Water is crystal clear bottom is a mix of sand and clay so if the clay or acorns near shore are bothersome bring water shoes. The home is on the rustic side. Dishwasher was a tight fit but if you start it before you close it it works just fine. The bathroom door didnt latch just be for warned. With it having no ac and using the windows to cool the house off their where a lot of bugs but thats part of the woods and lake experience and their wasnt any problem with bugs near the food. Mainly the flying ones attracted to the lights. Nabors have off leash pets on their property so be aware if bringing your own pet. Also be aware that there's not alot of electrical outlets available in the bedrooms. One outlet shared between two bedrooms. One more thing to note is the painted deck o. The back of the house gets super hot in direct sunlight. Using a towel at the back door helped the little kids feet.
