「Just felt quite average and not much better than a budget hotel in my opinion. 」

「朝ごはんはイギリスのコンチネンタルブレックファーストで、色々な種類のものをお料理してくださり、フルーツヨーグルトなども自由に食べれます。温かい飲み物もリクエストしたら、大きなジャーに入ってきて、何杯でもいただけます。お部屋は大きくて、ゆっくりとくつろげます。水回りもとても綺麗でした。とにかく経営されていらっしゃるJaneさんご夫妻はとにかく優しくて、こちらが聞いたことには丁寧にそして優しく接して下さいました。イギリスならでの事も教えてくださり、とても貴重な経験をすることが出来ました。一度チェックアウトして、何日か後にまた宿泊するケースだったのですが、荷物も少し預かってくださり、本当に助けていただきました。このご夫婦の暖かさがあったため、素敵な旅をすることが出来ました。」

「Disappointing experience . When I informed reception at 6.15 pm that we had no water for the bath or shower I was told there wasn't any maintenance available . So neither I or my wife could have a shower that evening or the next morning ( today ) . On check out I reminded the manager of this problem , but no redress or discount was offered ; until I asked for a discount . 「Very friendly and helpful staff - they even made quick arrangements to send a bag I’d forgotten to me at the airport, in a taxi. Room was clean and nice enough, and the bed setup was fabulous (we got the family room, with king size for my husband and me and single + trundle for the kids, which meant no fighting while they slept. Wish more hotel rooms had this setup!). Pool quite nice. Food was a bit meh (and dinner and drinks very American, which was a bit sad for our final meal in the UK before...

「As our second time here as first one was amazing. The second time was even better as we got a great deal and was able to have a brilliant breakfast too . The spa is perfect not too big or over crowded and specific times for kids worked out well.」
