We hosted our kids and grandkids (10 total) and this was perfect location and accommodations for our crew. The two separate apartments worked great for privacy. We love how close the beaches are and rode bikes to Cape Henlopen State Park. We had fires in the pit outside every night. Perfect venue for large groups who do not require luxury, but instead prefer homey, convenient accommodations.

Great location

There are 2 separate apts which worked out great for our family. We walked to the beach as well into town. Would be great if they had an outdoor grill. Stay was great!

Universally positive experience. This location cannot be beat: practically across the street from the beach and just a short walk to downtown Lewes. Great outdoor space as well. Our only constructive feedback would be to suggest having more flatware sets on hand given the number of guests that can sleep here.

Fantastic location, great for families and small groups

Amazing location situated one block from the beach. Yard is large and there is plenty of parking. The rental is separated into two units (upstairs and downstairs) which was perfect for us as we were two families traveling together. Host was very communicative and easy to reach. My only complaint/suggestion is the kitchen amenities -- I would bring what you need to cook as hardly anything is provided besides dishes and basic pots. There were no sheet pans, pot holders, strainers, etc.

Mother-Daughter annual vacation

The house was very clean. It had everything we needed. The outside was a plus to be able to sit outside. The only suggestion would to have towel racks upstairs. We enjoyed our stay.
