Located in Lewes Beach in a bay front community that features a swimming pool, tennis courts, and pier. This unit is a three-story town home with a first floor bedroom and full bath. On the second floor, guests will find the main living areas, which include an open flow from the kitchen through to the dining and living spaces. This unit offers two balconies, one with a bay view while the other overlooks the community pool. The third floor features a master suite, plus one additional bedroom and bathroom. Guests staying on the third floor can take in the bay views from both of the bedrooms. This location is great for biking to the Cape Henlopen State Park or exploring the quaint town of Lewes. But don't forget the bay in your backyard or the community fishing pier! Parking for two cars per unit. Cars must park underneath the unit. This is a non-smoking unit, and pets are not permitted.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $211.00

Booking Restrictions- 7 Night Stays- Memorial Day- August
2 Night Stays- April through May and September through the end of the year.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.
