「The Penthouse was as discribed and easy to find. The seaviews are fantastic and really made the apartment a special place to rest and relax. The access was very easy and James as a host was very caring and thoughtful, even though we did not meet in person. He responded very quickly to text messages and/or emails, so we felt in very "good hands". The only thing that was a little disturbing was the noise level at night coming from pubs/restaurants of the main road, which I didn't expect to hear...

「The flat is ideally located in the Old Town of Hastings. You live in the warehouse of the antique store on the first floor. Of course, there are no customers. Wonderful small and large objects embellish the apartment. There is enough space for six people. Only the fridge could be bigger for six people. But that is really the only criticism of this beautiful apartment. We had a wonderful time there」

「Had a great 2-night stay. Location absolutely amazing. Everything very easy, with good email communication from the hosts, both on arrival and before departure. 「A perfectly situated flat in the heart of Brighton; well maintained, clean and comfortable. Our host was fabulously attentive and answered all our questions very quickly, and was extremely approachable. The flat is literally on the doorstep of shops restaurants bars and the beach! 「We were at Q Square for four nights and really made ourselves at home. The studio room was sunny and pleasant and there was enough room for the two of us. It had a well equipped kitchen area, a great bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The washing machine was a real bonus. While we were there it was quiet and the rooms are sound proofed.
