An attic apartment that combines Alpine elegance, comfort, and character. Warm wood, custom details, and spaces designed for comfortable living, both in winter and summer.
The living rooms are paneled with wide, full-length planks of natural fir; the bathroom, entirely paneled in wood, creates a warm and cozy atmosphere. The soft loft area makes the space even more inviting.
The home is ideal for 4 people, but can comfortably accommodate 5 thanks to:
a bedroom with a French-style double bed, a bedroom with a single bed and a French-style double bed, and a double sofa bed in the living room.
The living room, lit by two of the house’s four skylights, features a built-in fireplace that creates a particularly pleasant atmosphere during the colder months. In the summer, however, the skylights help keep the rooms cool and well-ventilated.
Also available:
a projector with a dedicated wall for TV use, HDMI connection, Android TV Stick, an extendable dining table that seats up to 6 people, adjustable coffee table for breakfast or relaxing right from the sofa, safe, fully equipped kitchen (no oven).
Towels and linens included.
📍 Location The apartment is located on Via Cavour, in the center of Levico Terme, just a short walk from the church and the town’s main amenities: a supermarket, cafes, pharmacies, and shops are all within easy walking distance.
Lake Levico is just over a 20-minute walk or a 4-minute drive away. However, we recommend taking the walk: the path leading to the lake is one of the most beautiful routes in town, and parking at the beach is quite expensive.
Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the house.
🐾 Pets welcome Pets are welcome. Silva lives on the lower floor; she often handles check-in and knows the house better than anyone else. She also lives with Lilly, a very sweet Labrador.
🏔️ Experience Valsugana The Upper Valsugana offers stunning landscapes, walking trails, hiking routes, bike paths, and easy travel options—even by public transportation or e-bike.
