    The property
This building dates back to the early 1900s; it is a house that evokes the atmosphere of those times, when farm life was the sole way of life in that era and in those places. We’ve tried to preserve the simplicity of that life—yes, it was hard work, but it was filled with a serenity that we seek today. A simple home that instills a sense of tranquility, carefreeness, and relaxation—perfect for sharing with children and friends.
We love traveling by motorcycle, making friends, and enjoying life—which is why we’re so happy to unwind in this delightful, peaceful setting in the Langhe.
The last house at the end of the village, located at the end of a dead-end street—it’s particularly quiet, with no passing cars or residents, making it perfect for having fun and enjoying peace and quiet with the kids.
Levice is part of the Alta Langa Mountain Community, which offers plenty of spots and places to unwind—from recreation to sports, from fine dining to culture—not to mention the prestigious Piedmontese wines and the undisputed quality of the Trilobata hazelnut.
We’ll be happy to point these out to you when you come to visit us.
    Guest access
You’ll find a spacious courtyard with a charming kitchenette and outdoor seating, as well as a small garden with a barbecue for delicious grilled meals.
Other things to keep in mind
Almost all rooms also have private access from the outside.
Terrace, barbecue, water fountain, garden, courtyard, and parking are all at your complete
    disposal.
